Haha! Experimentation prevails! it appears that the Usb cord on my art tablet had broken [even though it appears completely fine at glance] BUT LUCKILY i figure out that my phone cord is able to plug into my art tablet as well [thank gosh i didnt swap to an Iphone]

So I'm fairly sure I've manged to break my tablet
Model: Bamboo Create
When plugged into the usb outlet it doesnt seem to light up as usual, as well as the fact that my computer gives no such message like "usb not recognized" it just doesnt react at all.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers.
Updated drivers.
annnd The cord appears to have no damage at all.
Unless anyone can recommend a fixing all requests and artworks will be postponed until I either get a NEW tablet [Highly unlikey considering I'm broke] or fix the one I have.
